What you hold,
counted on chain.
Stock Tokens carry the economics of a share. Tally counts what your wallet holds and what you would want, on Robinhood Chain.

“In-kind redemption and voting are coming for Robinhood Stock Tokens”
Vlad Tenev, Robinhood/14 September 2026
Read the postWhy a count, now
A Stock Token pays what the share pays. It does not carry the shareholder record, so today no token holder can vote a proxy item or hand a token back for the share behind it.
When that changes, the issuer will ask who held what, and who asked for what. Tally keeps that answer from the day a holder signs it: the weight read from the token contract, the choice the holder made, and the block it happened in.
Tally has no relationship with Robinhood. The count is a public record anyone can rebuild from the chain, and it changes no rights on its own.
One row for every
official Stock Token.
Raw supply, the issuer's multiplier, the share-equivalent it resolves to, Chainlink value where a feed exists, and what holders have recorded against it.

The arithmetic
The balance never moves.
The ratio does.
A dividend or a split reaches a Stock Token as a new multiplier, not as new tokens. Tally counts the share-equivalent that multiplier resolves to, and checks it against the contract on every read.

- What the holder sees
- The same token count, before and after the action.
- What Tally records
- The share-equivalent at the block the holder signed.
- What the contract says
- balanceOfUI, read back and compared on every row.
What you would want,
on the record.
Each item comes from an issuer's proxy statement. A holder signs one choice, weighted by the share-equivalent their wallet holds, and the contract counts it. Intent, not a shareholder vote.

Nothing moves
but the count.
- You sign
- A typed message in your wallet: the item, your choice, and the weight Tally read from the chain. No approval, no transfer, nothing to revoke.
- The contract checks
- TallyBook verifies the signature, reads your balance and the issuer's multiplier itself, and counts the smaller of what you signed and what you hold.
- The count moves
- The record is a transaction on Robinhood Chain. Tally pays its gas, and anyone can read it back without asking this site.
Ready before
the window opens.
In-kind redemption is on the issuer's roadmap and is not live. Holders take a numbered place per ticker now, so the demand is already counted when a window exists.
Window
Not open. The issuer decides when one exists and who qualifies.
A place
A signed request, numbered in the order it arrived, against what you hold.
Acknowledgements
Four, all required, hashed into the record so the file is complete.
Promise
None. A place records demand and nothing else.
Plainly stated.
Official tokens only
The contract counts a security only if the owner listed it as an official Stock Token.
Multiplier-aware
Weight is balance x uiMultiplier, read on chain at the moment of the record.
Not a vote
Token holders have no proxy vote today. Tally records intent and labels it on every tally.
No custody
No approval, no transfer, no deposit. Tally reads balances and takes signatures.
No promise
A queue place is demand on file. The issuer decides redemption, eligibility and timing.
Recountable
Every record is a transaction. Read the contract and rebuild the count yourself.
Count it now.
Use it when the rights land.
Connect a wallet, read what it holds, sign one intent. Tally pays the gas, the contract checks your signature, and the count is public from that block on.
